I am Thomas Santerre, a founder and systems engineer with 10 years of production experience across AI infrastructure, data platforms, payments, healthtech, and DNS infrastructure.

Since 2024 I have been building Catalyzed, an AI/data systems company focused on production feedback, evaluation, and Rust-based data infrastructure. Before that I led engineering at Borderless AI, where I helped scale the team and built cross-border payout systems to 180 countries.

I am strongest in roles where architecture, product judgment, reliability, and hands-on execution need to move together. The recurring thread is turning ambiguous systems work into something teams and customers can use.

Outside of work I read, cycle, travel, play tabletop and video games, and occasionally lose arguments with my cat about whether a table is for cats.
